Reproduction of a Japanese print extracted from the book Chō senshu (1903) by Kamisaka Sekka. This plate features a flight of butterflies with sleek lines, rendered in pastel blue and pink hues, arranged in an airy manner on a neutral beige background.

The original work is part of the Rimpa movement, of which Sekka was one of the last great representatives. The composition favors clarity of lines and a minimalist elegance typical of the Meiji era, combining naturalistic observation and decorative stylization.

This illustration suits interior spaces seeking a sober and balanced aesthetic. It can be integrated into a collection of Japanese engravings or used as a central element of a refined wall decoration.
